Mem has recently finished filming on Vertigo / Embargo Film's remake of the Danish cult classic PUSHER. The English language remake of Nicolas Winding Refn's drug film, will star : Richard Coyle, Bronson Webb, Agyness Deyn, Mem Ferda and Zlatko Buric.
It is being directed by the award winning Spanish Director Luis Prieto.

ILL MANORS
Mem has just finished filming the role of Vladimir in singing sensation (PlanB) Ben Drew's debut Feature film ILL MANORS.
On theatrical release in early 2012.

A multi-character story set against the tough streets of Forest Gate, East London where everyone is fighting for respect.

The film focuses on eight core characters as they interact and survive off the streets. Each story weaves into one another painting an ultra-realistic gritty picture of the world which is on the brink of self-destruction. Writer/Director Ben Drew brings his intimate knowledge of this East London world and its people and marries it with contemporary hip-hop and grime culture. Ben is already an accomplished musician, song-writer, filmmaker and actor.

THE VETERAN
Mem is Hakeem in the new feature film THE VETERAN now available on DVD after an Odeon Cinema's release in 2011.
It stars Toby Kebbell and Brian Cox.

A young soldier, Miller, returning home from Afghanistan is offered a job in surveillance of suspected terrorists. He slowly becomes obsessed with saving a young Anglo-Asian woman.
Convinced that she is entrapped by a group of fanatics. He plans to free her, only his plan to assassinate the fanatics is sabotaged by the security services, who have their own hidden agenda. Miller's rage soon spirals out of control with bloody consequences.

'THE VETERAN'' is based on a former SAS operative's experiences of carrying out location and elimination operations of high value terrorists over two decades.
Co-written by Matthew Hope and former SAS counter-terrorism specialist Robert Henry Craft. Hope.

THE DEVIL'S DOUBLE
Mem has just returned from Golden Bay Resort, Malta - Having just finished filming on THE DEVILS DOUBLE with Hollywood Director Lee Tamahori (Once Were Warriors, Die Another Day). Mem plays the role of Kamel Hannah alongside Dominic Cooper (Mamma Mia, An Education) who brings to life the infamous Uday Hussein and his real life double Latif Yahia.

Bagdad, the playground for the rich where anything can be bought - but for a price. This is Uday Hussein's world and with his depraved lust for debauchery and immorality, he helps himself to whatever turns him on. When army lieutenant Latif Yahia, is summoned to Saddam's palace, he is faced with an impossible request - to be Uday's 'fiday' - his body double, or have his family condemned to death. In a world entrenched in betrayal and corruption knowing who to trust becomes a matter of life or death for Latif, as he battles to escape from his forced existence.

Mem has recently finished filming the role of Egor in the excitingly new Noir psychological thriller feature EMULSION. Directed by Suki Singh, produced by Adam Merrifield and executively produced by Mem himself, this film is set to be a huge success.

When Isabella (Claudia Bassols) mysteriously disappears from a car park, her husband, Ronny (Sam Heughan), becomes obsessed with finding her. In an attempt to stay close to her he even takes a job at the car park. It becomes his life.
One night a prostitute is attacked in the car park and bundled into the boot of a car. Ronny chases the assailant deep into a forest where he eventually locates the car empty, apart from a reel of film.
As Ronny avidly views the film he discovers truths about his wife's disappearance that change his life forever...
